Our History

Guangdong Mingze Casters and Wheels Industrial Co.,Ltd(known as Guangzhou Mingze Metal Products Co., Ltd.), founded in 2006 in Guangzhou for 14 years, is a high-tech manufacturing enterprise with 200 employees.

The company produces casters covering from light duty to heavy duty series of varieties, mainly in the artificial PU heavy industrial casters customization, processing, manufacturing, technology there is deep precipitation, and we continue to improve by meeting the needs of the diverse markets. Since its establishment, the company，from the beginning 3000 square meters to current 40000 square meters, has established more than 20 distribution partners in China, and has a number of cooperation agencies overseas; We have served more than 3000 customers in different fields and conducted more than 500 customized overseas r&d projects with annual sales 30 million in 2019.

Our Factory

At present, the factory is located in Yangjiang, which is convenient for transportation, close to the seashore. It covers an area of 35000 square meters and has about 200 employees. It has mature supporting production equipment and perfect department

organization, as well as independent supporting staff dormitory and dining hall. The main departments of the company are business department, R & D department, mold department, quality control department, PMC (production department), etc. There are stamping workshop, welding workshop, spraying workshop, Pu workshop, laboratory, mold workshop, etc. The new factory, based on the production of the old factory, has carried out a comprehensive innovation of production technology, introduced the lean production management technology of Toyota of Japan, and introduced the automatic large-scale production machinery and equipment. In the same unit time, the production efficiency will be greatly increased by at least 30%.

In 2019, the company's annual turnover remain around 40 million US dollars, among of which foreign trade is15 million US dollars. The year-on-year growth rate is 31%.
